It's been a busy week - music wise; video of me and Sixwire at City Winery

I had a fun time performing for the first time at City Winery in Atlanta.
Here's what the AJC said...

But on Saturday night, the captain of HLN’s “Morning Express” played her inaugural gig at City Winery Atlanta, selling out the 350-capacity venue and giving fans of her music and her natural affability a couple of hours of thoughtful originals from her two albums of material and some potent covers with the ace musicians in Sixwire (perhaps you’ve seen them as Rayna Jaymes’ backing band on “Nashville”).

Have a listen to some highlights from Meade’s concert.

TV host, best selling author and singer-songwriter Robin Meade has sold out all five of her previous Atlanta shows. For her City Winery debut she welcomes pals "Sixwire", a Nashville-based supergroup as adept at songwriting as they are at nailing rock, southern rock & country.

Though "Sixwire" members have toured/recorded with Faith Hill, Richard Marx,
Vince Gill, Lee Greenwood and others, they're currently most recognized as the band on ABC's "NASHVILLE".

As for her own musical chops, Meade collaborated with Lee Brice, Kenny
Loggins & blues artist Keb' Mo' for her sophomore album "Count On Me" (2014) which reached #29. Her debut album "Brand New Day" featured work with Bo Bice (American Idol) & John Rich (Big & Rich) (2011) and reached #24. Robin most recently appeared on Sixwire's holiday EP, joining them for the song she cowrote (2015). Robin has belted the anthem to millions at Nascar's Sprint
Cup races and an NFL games since 2010. She's performed with Richard Marx, David Foster, Jim Brickman, and The Tenors among others. She earned a standing ovation on the Grand Opry, and was featured guest performer at the Venetian Las Vegas for a 2-week run with pop's Human Nature, after their holiday duet together hit #16 on radio charts (2014).

Fans know Robin best though, as the popular anchor of "Morning Express with Robin Meade" on HLN. Broadcasting from the CNN Center since 2001, she's the longest running female anchor of a national morning TV news show. Among her assignments: jumping out of a perfectly good plane with President George HW Bush (2009), covering President Obama's inauguration (2013) and hosting "Ask Oprah's All Stars" at the mogul's request (2011). She provides newscasts for Cumulus' syndicated "America's Morning Show", is the face of HLN's ”Salute to Troops" and hosts "Accent Health" with Dr Sanjay Gupta.

AND... Dear Diary,
On sweltering Aug day I wrote a CHRISTMAS SONG!Thx @LizRoseMusicPub @EmilyShackelton Jessewalker
