Saturday at Eddie's Attic... I'm stoked
I return to Eddie's Attic for another Round Robin with Special Guests Kelley Lovelace and Rivers Rutherford Saturday Dec 6 9:30pm
The last three shows were SOLD OUT shows at Eddie's in the past year. Hope you can make the show Saturday...Don't miss the writer of 16 #1 hits, Kelley Lovelace & the prolific hit maker Rivers Rutherford!
Kelley Lovelace
Kelley Lovelace is responsible for 16 #1 tunes. Brad Paisely, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Racall Flatts, Sheryl Crow, Randy Houser, Terri Clark, Montgomery Gentry, and Scotty Mcreary are among the many who have recorded this Paducah, Kentucky native's songs. Among his biggest: Brad Paisley's "Ticks", "Camouflage," "Online," "I'm Still A Guy," "American Saturday Night," "Water," and "Southern Comfort Zone." Also on his list of chart toppers: "American Girl" & "Don't Forget to Remember Me" (Underwood), "Girls Lie Too" (Clark), "Runnin Outta Moonlight" (Houser), "Start A Band" (Paisley & Urban), and "Remind Me" (Underwood & Paisley). The former Army specialist's book "If You've Got A Dream, I've Got A Plan" is a must-read for aspiring tunesmiths.
Rivers Rutherford
Rivers Rutherford probably never dreamed his first song would be recorded by the Highwaymen (Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson) even as he still lived in Mississippi attending Ole Miss on a piano scholarship. After moving to Nashville he has become one of its top writers, responsible for "When I Get Where I’m Going" (Brad Paisley & Dolly Parton), “Ain’t Nothing ’Bout You" (Brooks & Dunn), "Real Good Man” (Tim McGraw) “When the Lights Go Down" (Faith Hill), "Ladies Love Country Boys" (Trace Adkins) and "Living In Fast Foward" (Kenny Chesney). Everyone Gretchen Wilson, Blake Shelton, Chely Wright and Toby Keith have recorded his songs. He rocks the house live & spins some of the best stories from the stage whether its about growing up near Graceland or writing his newest hit.
