Getting the right workout for the right body shape


There are certain moves that are ideal for an apple, but not a pear. And what about those hourglasses, what should they
do?

Jessica Smith was on for my Live Better Now series, and put me through the workout for each body type. As you can see in the video... just this little exercise got me a little winded. They are NOT as easy as they look!!!
