Searching my roots in Kentucky

I took a trip to the homeland recently and my parents and I visited Magoffin County Kentucky.

We stopped by the Magoffin County Historical Society for a visit during their trip through eastern Kentucky and they grabbed a photo.

Sharon Faye Shepard (my mom) is a descendant of the Shepherd, Allen, Howard, Wireman and several other Magoffin County pioneer families.
